Whole process is to be performed using rubber gloves and googles. Frozen milk is to mixed part by part with lye in a bowl using wooden or rubber spoon. In a pan, oil is allowed to heat till saponifaction point. This oil is then slowly mixed with lye mixture and blended well with a hand/electric blender, till is smooth and uniform.
