Healthy Tamarind Ice Cream recipe – Mix 2cups of heavy cream, 1 cup of milk and ¾ cup of sugar. Heat and bring this to boil. Reduce heat now and stir till sugar is dissolved. Then stop heating and allow to cool for 5 minutes. In another bowl, whisk 7 egg yolks. Add small amount of hot cream mixture to yolk and continue whisking. Now mix all cream to yolk mixture.
